Veer Towers

Located in the heart of the City-Center on 3722 & 3726 South Las Vegas Boulevard. The unique aspect of Veer Towers is the obvious opposing veer from the center. Each tower leans exactly 5 degrees in opposite directions.

Adjacent to “Crystals” retail and entertainment center. Both towers received a LEED Gold certification on November 20th, 2009. Elegant interiors are decorated in three luxury palettes: Earthly, Ethereal and Transcendent. Veer Towers is two buildings, 433 feet high with 37 stories each, and a total of 670 units. Each tower offers luxury studios, one, two, and three-bedroom condo units plus penthouses. While originally developed with 20 floor plans, some units were purchased together from the developer and vary from the original floor plan designs.  Floor plans range in size from 537 square feet studios up to 3,412 square feet two- or three-bedroom penthouse apartments.

Developed by Francisco Gonzalez Pulido and designed by Murphy/Jahn Architects. Construction was completed in 2007 by Perini Building Company.
