The Ridges in Summerlin

Bears Best Golf Course

Description: One of Summerlin’s most exclusive communities consisting of custom and luxury home neighborhoods elevated some 3,200 feet above sea level and backing up to the Red Rock National Conservation Areas. The distinguishing aspects of this community area sophisticated, very contemporary desert architectural motifs, the spectacular natural setting, exclusivity and views (including mountain, city, golf, and high desert views). The center piece of The Ridges is the Bears Best Golf Course created by the signature designer, Jack Nicklaus.

Promontory

One of the first villages and perhaps one of the most exclusive in that the homes at the Pointe area are located on such expansive, high and large lots. There are only a handful of lots here that have not been developed. Most of the homes here have terrific views and depending on exposure and elevation that view would concentrate on golf or mountain areas.
