Located in the heart of “City-Center” and a stone’s throw away from the Aria Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip at 2600 West Harmon Avenue. Escape to your AAA Four Diamond experience. The "V" in Vdara stands for "Vegas" and "ara" is meant to evoke established high-end boutique hotels.

The Vdara Hotel & Spa is one of the five true “condo-hotel” highrise towers on the Las Vegas Strip. If a unit owner chooses, they may join the rental program. This places their unit into the hotels’ room inventory to be used as a luxury suite when they are not occupied by the owner. The owner will then receive a split of the rental rate.

This unique attached three-tiered highrise is one building, 554 feet high with 57 stories and a total of 1,495 units. Vdara contains the most amount of residence among all Las Vegas high-rise condominium towers. While originally developed with 7 floor plans, some units were purchased together from the developer and vary from the original floor plan designs. Plan sizes range from smaller studios, deluxe studios, one bedroom or two-bedroom units. Only 156 units were made available to the public from the original developer and sold as “condo-hotel” units. The remaining 1,340 units are hotel rooms owned by the developer.

Furnishings and materials were selected by Brennan Beer Gorman Monk architects and designers, who have worked on other contemporary hotels around the world. Construction was completed in 2007.
