Trump International Hotel is one of the five true “condo-hotel” highrise towers on the Las Vegas Strip. If a unit owner chooses, they may join the rental program. This places their unit into the hotels’ room inventory to be used as a luxury suite when they are not occupied by the owner. The owner will then receive a split of the rental rate.
