Sky Las Vegas

Located just north of the world-famous Resorts World Hotel & Casino and south of The Sahara Hotel & Casino at 2700 South Las Vegas Boulevard. Sky Las Vegas was the very first high-rise condominium tower to be built directly facing Las Vegas Boulevard.

Developed by Southern California Real Estate developer David Porbaba and Aaron Yashouafar CEO of Milbank Real Estate Services, Inc. Sky was designed by the award-winning architect firm Klai Juba in collaboration with Desjardins Design Group based in Miami whose credits include several projects for developers Turnberry Associates. Construction was completed by M.J. Dean Construction in 2006.
