Located one block south of the Las Vegas Strip at 211 East Flamingo Road. The Platinum Hotel & Spa offers a unique and sophisticated lifestyle. 

The Platinum Hotel & Spa is one of the five true “condo-hotel” highrise towers on the Las Vegas Strip. If a unit owner chooses, they may join the rental program. This places their unit into the hotels’ room inventory to be used as a luxury suite when they are not occupied by the owner. The owner will then receive a split of the rental rate.

Platinum offers a unique approach to the green initiative by implementing energy-saving technologies and techniques including low-energy lighting throughout our hotel as well as motion sensors and eco-friendly thermostats, green thermostats in guest suites, which include unoccupied and occupied set points. 

Platinum is one building, 235 feet high with 17 stories and a composed of one tower, 17 floors, and a total of 255 units. While originally developed with 3 floor plans, some units were purchased together from the developer and vary from the original floor plan designs. Plan sizes range from 739 studios to 2195 one-bedroom units. 

Architecture was by Sherman Architecture and Morris & Brown Architects, developed by Marcus Hotels and Resorts, and construction was completed in 2006 by McCarthy Building Companies.
