Location: Nestled near the foothills of the “Sheep Mountain” range in the northwest corridor of the Las Vegas Valley. Silverstone Ranch is also adjacent to Floyd Lamb State Park.

Golf: The 27 hole course was professionally managed by Par 4 Golf Management. There has been a widely publicized battle ongoing between the owner of the golf course and the residents of this community for over 2 years. The premise of the battle has to do with the owner of the course wanting to shut down the course and develop homes. Here are two links that describe some of the issues:

Club Profile: The only private club in the northwest area of Las Vegas. You do not have to be a Silverstone Ranch resident to join.

Amenities: Silverstone homeowners have access to a 6 acre park, walking trails, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, plus barbeque and picnic areas.

Residential Profile: Approximately 920 residences.

Property Styles: Development began in 2003 by Pulte Homes. There is a wide variety of homes from 2 story townhomes with a community pool, guard gated luxury homes up to 4,050 square feet, an all single story gated neighborhood, and single family homes starting at 1,650 square feet.
