George Durkin - Broker/Salesman

For 41 years, George Durkin has been one of Las Vegas's most trusted and accomplished real estate professionals. Since earning his broker's license in 1990, he has closed over $600 million in residential sales and consistently ranks in the Top 2 % of Realtors in the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors — maintaining a 98%+ list-to-sale ratio throughout his career.

George served as Broker-Manager for 22 years at one of Las Vegas's most productive Realty Executives franchises, overseeing a team of more than 600 agents. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation — earned by fewer than 3% of Realtors nationally — along with the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designations.

One of only three Las Vegas agents invited to join Cyberstars — a by-invitation-only national group recognizing top agents for innovative use of technology — George has earned ERA's Circle of Excellence (2025), Top 20 ERA Brokers agent recognition (2021), and Top 500 Las Vegas agent honors (2020).

His clients have included a former Nevada Governor, CEOs of NV Energy and R&R Partners, and prominent local attorneys and physicians. A Las Vegas resident since 1981.
