Location: Near intersection of Hualapai Way and Alta- west on Alta to Canyon Crest on left.

Description: This community offers some similarity to Desert Trails in that it is fairly small, has an electronic gated entrance, and the lot sizes range from ¼ acre to possibly 1/3 acre. There are only 64 lots. There is a section along the southern border that offers views overlooking a “canyon” of sorts that really is a part of the Summerlin bike and walking trail known as a paseo. This trail is about a 30-foot drop from the rear of the homes that back up to it and some mountain views are offered too. The quality of construction is very good (all the homes are custom) and the median size of a home here is about 3,500 – 4,000 square feet. There is easy proximity to Red Rock golf club and the new 215 interchange.
