Charleston just past I215 intersection on the southwest corner.
The project is in the nation's best selling master planned
community: Summerlin located about 15 miles from the Strip.
Building and Units: There are two buildings for this
project, one with 40 units and one with 60 units. Each will be 5
stories (mid -rise) and the first story will be parking. Each
loft gets 2 enclosed reserved spaces.
Summary: This is Christopher Homes first project of this
concept with lofts in a mid-rise located in Summerlin. The
builder has a very good track record throughout town and
especially in Summerlin for delivering cutting edge designs and
properties that appreciate. The units will have raised 20-foot
ceilings and expansive floor to ceiling windows. The loft-
condos, as the developer describes them, will feature floor
plans from 1,200 square feet to 2,700 square feet of living
space. This project will be part of the Allerton Park community
(Summerlin) and the entrance to C2 lofts will be gated. C2 Lofts
is in close proximity to high-end retail, restaurants,
commercial centers, the new Red Rock Station Resort and Casino
and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area. A private
neighborhood park featuring a pool, spas, restrooms and a
fitness center will be available for all to enjoy. Two assigned
parking spaces in a private parking garage and a large storage
unit are included with each loft. Interior features include a
European-style cabinetry in the kitchen along with a gourmet
stainless steel appliance package and granite counter tops. A
state-of-the-art category 5 structural wiring system will also
be included. Completion is expected to be in the fall of 2006.

Summary: The goal of the developer is to offer city
living without the city but have a sophisticated style and
flexibility with their loft designs. They claim to have the most
diverse architectural styles in the Las Vegas area. This project
offers 1 to 6 bedroom units with 1.5 to 4.5 baths available.
Some of the features include rooftop decks, dual master suites,
courtyard balconies, home theater and casita options, 20-foot
ceilings and private back yards. Stainless steel appliances,
granite counter tips and fireplaces are also featured.
