Founded in 1957, dramatic growth has brought this institution to an
enrollment of over 20,000 students. Located in the southeast area of town just
minutes from the airport and The Strip, UNLV is located on a beautifully
landscaped 335 acre campus. There are 11 academic colleges, 2 Schools, and all
UNLV programs are accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and
Colleges. The university now has a law school and is probably best known for the
