Location: Near TPC golf course, off of Village Center Drive in
the heart of Summerlin.
Proximity to Town: Just around the block from Summerlin Parkway
which can have you downtown in 15 minutes.
Schools: Lummis Elementary, Becker Jr High, Palo Verde High or
Cimmaron High
Eagle Hills: A high end community located in Summerlin, Eagle Hills
consists of custom homes and has a few remaining homesites as well. The
community features a man guarded entrance, Red Rock Canyon can be seen as
a backdrop, and there is a 6 acre park where homeowners can socialize and
exercise. It is one of the few custom communities that has facilities for
kids. A tree lined boulevard leads you to the entrance and the prices here
start from the $700's on up. Most homesites are approximately 1/3 acre lots
and the largest are over 1/2 acre. All residences must be a minimum of 2500
sq ft and there is a Summerlin and Eagle Hills Fee. One aspect I really
like is that no 2 homes are the same and this makes for some spectacular
looking properties!
