The location is south of the major hotels and casinos on the Las

Buildings and Units: Eight total building with a total of
600 units. This is a mid-rise complex.
Summary: The project will consist of one, two, and
three-bedroom units as well as penthouse loft homes. The units
will range from about 900 square feet to 1,800 square feet.
Standard features will include granite countertops, natural wood
cabinetry and walk-in closets. Residents will receive membership
to the private Manhattan Club, which will feature a lounge,
swimming pool, screening room and business center in addition to
a fitness facility with workout equipment, a sauna and steam
room, and an aerobics studio. Outside will be a basketball

in March of 2005. Five towers of different heights with a total

several miles south of the Las Vegas Strip.
Buildings and Units: This project will have four
buildings, each standing 7-stories, with a total of 756 units.
Summary: Only 4 miles south of Mandalay Bay. Phase 1 is
scheduled for completion in December of 2006 with 172 units.
Floor plans range in size from 593 sq. ft. one bedroom to 2204
sq .ft . 3 bedroom Penthouse. Prices should range from mid-300’s
