Queensridge North
Location: Alta Drive between Hualapai and Rampart
Description: Queensridge North was developed after the first Queensridge subdivision on W Charleston. It consists of three long streets:
- Queen Charlotte - The homes on the west side are built by
Christopher Homes and the hoes on the east are built by Toll Brothers.
They are semi custom production homes ranging from 3200 sq ft to about
5,200 sq ft. Those that have backyards facing south are on the Badlands
golf course. There are 69 homes on the street.
- Verlaine - This street is unique in that homes are situated
so they are only on one side of the street whereby no one has a neighbor
across the street. Almost all have golf views and all are custom homes.
They range from 3,900 sq ft up to over 8,500 sq ft. There are a total of
39 homes here.
- Orient Express- This is one of the premier addresses of Las
Vegas. All these homes are custom, many on lot sizes in excess of ½
acres and some over an acre. They are all located with views (mountains,
Strip, golf) depending on location, and the street features many of Las
Vegas’ top executives. Size of homes range from 6,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq
ft! What is truly unique of those having back yards facing south is the
elevation above the course and the expanse that some of regarding views!
The community is guard gated. There is a community playground but know
club house facilities similar to Queensridge on W Charleston.
