Almost a native Nevadan, Sheryl Durkin has been a Las Vegas resident since the age of 5! She has experienced growing up in this remarkable city of constant change. Her roots in the community along with her 25 years experience as a REALTOR®, enable the Durkins to offer a unique perspective to those clients who need the guidance and assistance in relocating to Las Vegas. A mother of 2 boys, Sheryl is keenly aware of the importance of schools, outside activities, and a proper family environment. She often takes an active role in volunteering as a teachers aide, sports projects, and childrens' events. Sheryl has become an expert in the area of new homes, with a keen awareness of which builders offer quality and those that do not!

I can really understand the importance of school selection, choice of Neighborhoods, and quality of life selections more than ever. Our role that we can play in the lives of our clients can be significant and consequently; I have always felt that we are building our business one family at a time. My goal is to establish a multiple transaction clientele. That is, we don't want to meet a client and sell them one property.
